
4 eggs,
4 tablespoons milk,
1 teaspoon curry leaves powder,
1 teaspoon red chilly powder,
2 teaspoons oil and
salt to taste.

HOW TO PREPARE : -
Take two bowls and separate the egg whites and the yolks and keep it in them. Now add the red chilly powder, curry powder and milk to the yolk and beat it. This may take a minute as the red chilly powder tends to form lumps and so ensure that it blends well. Now take the egg whites and beat it till its nice and fluffy and become double in size. Now pour in the yolks into the whites and add salt to taste. Now heat a tava and pour in 1 teaspoon oil. When the oil is hot pour half the mixture on the tava. Roll the tava so that the mixture is spread out evenly and all over the tava. Remove from the tava and serve with some tomato sauce. Repeat the same for the other half of the mixture.
